What you will do

• Develop and improve project plans and processes based on team needs and technology changes.
• Plan and coordinate cross-team project and sprint schedules, goals, and milestones.
• Provide regular communication on progress and project milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Adhere to budgets and ensure projects are completed within specification.
• Develop Jira automation and dashboards for a variety of audiences.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other project managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical project management using principles of scrum and agile development.
• Bachelor’s Degree + Advanced Certification.
• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
• Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM equivalent certification.
