What you will do

• Manage the entire recruiting process for IT and SAP positions.
• Develop search strategies in cooperation with Hiring Managers, identifying and contacting suitable candidates through social and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Coordinate and conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain a candidate network.
• Take responsibility for and drive forward Talent Acquisition projects within hirify.global.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration, business psychology, or a related field with an HR focus.
• At least four years of experience in active sourcing and hiring, preferably in IT/SAP.
• Familiarity with search tools and social media platforms; experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
• Openness to global processes and prior experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in German (at least C1), English (at least B1), and Spanish (at least B2).
