What you will do

  • Own the recruiting funnel, sourcing top candidates for hirify.global.
  • Source candidates via direct targeting, social networking, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Manage the 360 recruitment process when required.
  • Maintain high data integrity within recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and the wider TA and People team.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing/recruiting for high-growth companies, ideally in the enterprise software industry.
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of creative methods and sources.
  • Expert communication skills with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • A passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Work format: Hybrid in Wrocław, Poland.
  • English: B2 required.
