What you will do
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent.
- Source candidates, evaluate qualifications, and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and use data for recruitment decisions.
- Actively promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand within the tech community.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills, with experience in sourcing passive talent.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- English: At least Upper Intermediate (B2).
