Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Proactively identify and attract passive candidates across various roles.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to extending offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to determine applicant requirements.
• Leverage various applicant channels including social media, internet sites, and job boards.
• Own the individual candidate experience, providing a high-touch and personalized approach.
• Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or SaaS corporation.
• Previous experience supporting Sales roles such as Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, SEs, and other GTM business units is essential.
• Must have recruited for Cybersecurity or SaaS sales candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong sourcing experience, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and building Boolean Search strings.
• Proficiency with cloud applications (Workday, GoogleDrive, Word, GoogleSheets/Excel, Box).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
