TL;DR

Salesforce Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving incremental sales pipeline and supporting existing customer requests with an accent on building relationships with Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM Partner networks. Focus on identifying needs and challenges of prospective customers and scheduling discovery meetings.

Location: Required to work from our Burlington or Boston office at least 3x/week

What you will do

  • Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests.
  • Work with Demand Gen to build and execute ABM Campaigns with prospects.
  • Follow up and create relationships with Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM Partner networks.
  • Build an accurate sales pipeline via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage the life cycle of a client and track customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects and identify customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience (preferably in SaaS, AWS, or Salesforce ecosystem).
  • Hunter mentality and driven to find key stakeholders and new business opportunities.
  • Competitive nature and confident demeanor.
  • Passion for contributing to the growth and overall success of the business.
  • Track record of being a high achiever in past organizations.
  • Required to work from our Burlington or Boston office at least 3x/week
