What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs, supporting them in improving outreach quality and overall performance.
- Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, social).
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align on pipeline targets and improve qualification metrics.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and sales engagement platforms to scale personalised outreach.
- Ensure Salesforce CRM data is accurate and up‑to-date, providing clear visibility into team activity.
- Partner with Marketing to refine demand generation programmes and improve lead quality and flow.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS or technology organisation.
- Skilled in Enterprise outbound, cold calling, target account engagement, and qualification methodologies.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and similar tools.
- A strong coach with the ability to motivate, inspire, and upskill teams.
- A strategic thinker who aligns BDR efforts with broader commercial goals.
