TL;DR

Business Development Representative (CRM): Managing outbound interactions and lead pipelines to connect prospective customers with sales teams, focusing on regional revenue targets and continuous process improvement. Focus on engaging with senior managers to design campaigns and advocating for the brand as an expert in customer service and CRM.

Location: Onsite in London, UK. Experience with the Spanish Market and native level Spanish language skills required.

What you will do

  • Manage a large volume of daily outbound interactions via phone, email, and other channels to qualify and connect prospective customers with sales teams.
  • Develop and manage your lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing, and moving a large number of prospective clients simultaneously.
  • Define and execute plans to meet and exceed regional revenue targets as an individual contributor.
  • Engage with senior managers on marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and execute campaigns.
  • Continuously improve internal and external processes.
  • Become an advocate for hirify.global' brand and an expert in customer service and CRM.

Requirements

  • Ideally first experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role or equivalent practical experience in high velocity sales environments.
  • Experience with the Spanish Market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced globally-dispersed work environment.
  • Native level written and oral communication skills in English & Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Cloud software sales experience.
  • Additional EU languages.
