What you will do
- Drive new business revenue within your assigned territory, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Take ownership of pipeline creation and deal cycle management, applying MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
- Lead a land and expand motion for strategic accounts within the B2B unit.
- Leverage hirify.global’s ecosystem and your network to identify and engage ideal prospects.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar sales methodologies.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as an entrepreneurial self-starter in a rapidly changing environment.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
