What you will do
- Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries across Western Europe, focusing primarily on Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
- Build and maintain an effective pipeline through self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
- Develop, maintain, and review territory plans outlining how business goals will be met.
- Run full sales cycles from account planning and targeted prospecting through discovery/qualification, contract negotiation, and close.
- Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop effective business cases, build ROI models, and drive Digital Transformation conversations.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Requirements
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for winning and being part of an exciting company in a hyper-growth phase.
- Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels (particularly SVP/C-Level).
- Disciplined and able to function well in a remote environment.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian and Portuguese are a plus).
