TL;DR

AI Native Account Executive: Driving new business and expanding existing accounts for hirify.global's AI cloud platform, focusing on Machine Learning and Batch Processing use cases. Focus on effectively communicating the value proposition, understanding client pain points, and consistently achieving revenue quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Primarily hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Sunnyvale, CA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. Applicants must be U.S. persons (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export control regulations. Travel up to 35% is required.

Salary: Base salary range: $85,000–$200,000 per year with uncapped commission. Total On Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000–$400,000.

What you will do

  • Manage a sales pipeline and forecast revenue effectively.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas for new business and existing accounts.
  • Quickly learn hirify.global products and communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, pain points, and target markets.
  • Update and maintain clean pipeline data using Salesforce.com.
  • Travel up to 35% to meet with clients, prospects, and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and handle objections.
  • Strong understanding of value-based sales best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and flexible environment, with a mix of large company and startup experience.
  • Ability to speak with customers and partners at both a business and technical level.
  • Knowledge of the storage industry, specifically NFS, Object Storage, and Computing architectures.
