Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Temporary workation allowed within EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.

What you will do

  • Strategically develop and commercially manage a customer portfolio in the Spanish market.
  • Independently conduct negotiations focused on long-term customer value and business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end cancellation processes and implement retention measures for at-risk customers.
  • Proactively manage customer lifecycle, including onboarding, performance optimization, and new product introduction.
  • Analyze customer portfolios to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure product usage and maximize retention.

Requirements

  • Applications must be in English.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales (hunter profile), portfolio retention, and proactive account management.
  • Strong customer communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Structured, hands-on, and results-driven working method.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Spanish at native-speaker level (C2) and English proficiency (C1) required.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
