What you will do
- Strategically develop and commercially manage a customer portfolio in the Spanish market.
- Independently conduct negotiations focused on long-term customer value and business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end cancellation processes and implement retention measures for at-risk customers.
- Proactively manage customer lifecycle, including onboarding, performance optimization, and new product introduction.
- Analyze customer portfolios to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure product usage and maximize retention.
Requirements
- Applications must be in English.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales (hunter profile), portfolio retention, and proactive account management.
- Strong customer communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Structured, hands-on, and results-driven working method.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or digital services.
- Spanish at native-speaker level (C2) and English proficiency (C1) required.
- Confident use of MS Office.
