What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach the Nordics commercial team (up to 5 members) to deliver financial targets.
• Develop new business and manage key regional accounts in Sweden, including Fuel Retailers, CPOs, Distributors, and VARs.
• Optimize the sales process and implement strategy for business and department plans.
• Coordinate sales reporting, forecasting, and manage all opportunities in CRM.
• Ensure seamless coordination with Technology, Aftersales, Programme Management & Finance for customer experience.
• Actively participate as a member of the hirify.global Commercial Leadership team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• 10+ years of B2B/technical sales experience within the EV Ecosystem with a proven track record in new business and distribution sales.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Fluent in one of the Nordics languages and English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial, and negotiation skills.
