TL;DR

Channel Director Northern Europe (Cybersecurity): Creating and enabling mutually profitable relationships with channel partners to drive pipeline growth for cybersecurity solutions with an accent on executing "Sell With" and "Sell Through" strategies and partner-sourced revenue. Focus on recruiting and onboarding strategically aligned partnerships, maintaining accurate revenue forecasting, and leading enablement efforts for partner sales and services teams.

Location: This person should be based in Sweden or Denmark. This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates residing within 45 miles of an office or a specified location, requiring onsite work some days per week.

Salary: Base salary plus commission (quota attainment).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary leader and point of contact for channel partners across the Nordics and Benelux.
  • Recruit and onboard strategically aligned, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth by executing "Sell With" and "Sell Through" strategies.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and ensure comprehensive documentation of partner activities within Salesforce.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in joint marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Lead enablement efforts by delivering training sessions and coordinating education programs for partner teams.
  • Proactively uncover new business opportunities through channel partners and support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of channel sales experience, working with leading Cybersecurity and IAM partners in the region.
  • Demonstrated success in building, enabling, and monetizing high-performing reseller partnerships.
  • Experienced in managing annual quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue and resale targets.
  • Extensive background in channel partner development and management.
  • Consistent record of surpassing channel sales targets and driving sustained revenue growth.
  • English: B2 proficiency required, essential for effective communication in a global team.
