What you will do

• Lead, manage, and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of customer projects, including planning, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Drive the project scope and objectives, ensuring active involvement and alignment from all key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing changes effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project stability and successful delivery.
• Support sales in contributing to closing deals and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing multi-country business software (SaaS) implementation projects.
• Strong interest in and experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions.
• Extensive consulting experience in managing and driving projects.
• Be amazing at developing effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels, departments and geographies.
• Highly organised and analytical, with a talent for overcoming obstacles.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
