What you will do

• Lead and manage complex programs and projects for successful customer deployment and adoption of hirify.global’s platform.
• Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues.
• Act as a liaison between hirify.global’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion.
• Predict resources needed and manage them effectively, including quick response to client issues.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of engagement.

Requirements

• **5-8 years’ experience** managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles in a technology organization.
• Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams (Sales, Engineering, Product Management).
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to a changing environment.
• Experience handling escalations at all levels.
• Strong understanding of project financials (revenue, cost, margin).
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
