What you will do
- Manage all aspects of hirify.global Infrastructure Onboarding projects using standard agile methods across all project phases.
- Oversee multiple onboarding projects, identifying tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimations.
- Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops and manage handovers.
- Contribute to improving and documenting best practices for global onboarding projects.
- Create and maintain required project artifacts such as project plans, reports, and RAID logs.
- Effectively monitor customer feedback and consistently identify and mitigate project risk.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering multi-stream infrastructure platform, migration, and transformation projects in complex business environments.
- Strong understanding of financial technology and business processes, especially with asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, or large banks.
- Familiarity with Software As A Service (SaaS) and setting up hosted cloud environments.
- Current PMI/PMP certification or willingness to sit for the exam within 12-24 months of hire.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in the Americas from time to time.
- Ability to work from the hirify.global office 2 days a week.

- Previous work with MS Azure.
- Familiarity with implementation-focused projects in the Financial Technology sector.
