Implementation Project Manager (Spanish/English)

TL;DR

Implementation Project Manager (Spanish/English): Manages the end-to-end implementation of hirify.global’s Worksite Safety product for new and existing clients with an accent on ensuring client configuration accuracy, business requirements, and successful contractor on-boarding. Focus on driving client kick-off meetings, defining project plan goals, and improving existing client implementation processes.

Location: Hybrid schedule would be requested if residing within commutable distance to one of hirify.global's offices in Canada. Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office within Canada.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of Worksite Safety (WSS) product for new and existing clients.
• Drive client kick-off meetings and ensure accurate, complete, and signed-off configuration documents.
• Define, set, manage, and meet project plan goals, timelines, and contractor on-boarding expectations.
• Present best practice workflows to clients and align their internal processes with the hirify.global platform.
• Personally engage, monitor, and drive the contractor/supplier on-boarding process.
• Provide product feedback and collaborate with Product teams on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of project management and/or implementation experience within software/SaaS industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Spanish speaker required and excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and public speaking).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and experience managing worksite safety functions.
• Organized, able to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently, and a strong leader.
• Comfortable using technology and able to explain it effectively to others.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Safety certification (OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
• Project management software experience.
• Any professional certification, such as Six Sigma.
