What you will do

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects for hirify.global systems and solutions from the headquarters in Bellevue, WA.
• Ensure projects are well-planned, executed efficiently, and delivered with high quality and predictability.
• Manage cross­-team dependencies and coordinate cross-team initiatives and blocking issues.
• Drive information sharing and capture and disseminate best practices across the Global Services Team.
• Independently plan and implement customer onboarding process and address customer issues and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain complete documentations and follow organizational processes to ensure successful Implementation of hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• Good understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, Google apps, Jira, Basecamp, and Smartsheet.
• 5-8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years of technical project management, leading complex projects for external clients with Integrations to external systems.
• Proven history managing projects for clients, customers, and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementing cloud SaaS solutions.
• Experience as a Software Developer.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, spa, salon, or fitness industry.
• PMP or similar certification.
