What you will do

• Set up, manage, and monitor ongoing campaigns within Marketo.
• Perform audience segmentation to support targeted campaign execution.
• Create and manage email communications and in-product messaging as part of integrated campaigns to support user engagement.
• Handle campaign-related data management to support accurate targeting and reporting.
• Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate and execute end-to-end webinar set-up, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience across channels and email communications.

Requirements

• Background in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech tools; Marketo and Pendo experience preferred, with additional tools including PathFactory, GoldCast, and Wistia.
• Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, strategies, and standard methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
