What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large global partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Promote existing products, identify new solutions, and oversee technical implementations for partners.
- Analyze data to develop strategies and make informed decisions that boost partner performance and revenue.
- Anticipate demand needs of large e-commerce and travel platforms to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with client executives to influence strategies that drive growth.
- Organize and lead account planning sessions with senior clients, identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, ideally 3+ years with APIs, affiliate technologies, and managing tours/activities distribution with global travel platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence large, cross-functional global teams and work closely with executives.
- Proven ability to present strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company.
- Skilled in formulating and implementing strategies that support financial goals.
- Strong capability to diagnose shifts in a partner’s commercial trajectory and propose solutions.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
