What you will do
- Communicate with international clients via Zoom and messaging apps to identify their needs.
- Present yacht tours as a premium lifestyle and unique experience rather than just a product.
- Guide clients from the first point of contact through to the final booking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high client retention.
- Coordinate premium services, including professional skippers, hostesses, and yacht provisioning.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to inspire and build trust in a fully online environment.
- English proficiency at B2+ level for daily communication with international clients.
- A genuine service mindset and interest in people.
