Location: Hybrid in London, UK or New York City, USA, with a weekly office requirement of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

  • Own the beginning of the sales cycle and partner with the sales team to drive new business.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential new customers at hirify.global.
  • Identify new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, research, and prospecting.
  • Secure meetings for the sales organization via cold calling, social selling, and emails.
  • Analyze customer needs and present hirify.global product offerings.

Requirements

  • Have a warm and empathetic approach.
  • Be thick-skinned and not demotivated by rejection or objections.
  • Be a self-starter who is curious and loves to ask questions.
  • Be confident in communicating with stakeholders and peers.
  • Be self-aware, an active listener, and able to engage in complicated conversations.
  • Have an eye for detail and an organized approach to work and time management.
  • Desire to cold call and build new relationships on phone, email, and over video call.
  • Must be able to work hybrid from London, UK or New York City, USA, with a weekly office requirement of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
