What you will do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a pod of SDRs day to day, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and role-plays to enhance SDR skills in messaging, cold calling, and objection handling.
- Track team performance against clear goals, identifying and addressing performance gaps promptly.
- Partner with the SDR Manager on hiring, onboarding, and ramping up new team members.
- Provide frontline insights to improve messaging, tooling, and processes for the sales team.
Requirements
- A proven high-performing SDR/BDR, or an existing SDR Team Lead.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Confident giving direct, constructive feedback.
- Strong communicator with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable balancing personal targets with team leadership.
