What you will do
- Own and meet target quotas for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, sales pipeline value, and revenue.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Discover pain points and use cases, mapping them to hirify.global solutions and qualifying for Enterprise sales.
- Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce.
- Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.
Requirements
- Languages required: English and Dutch or French.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar capacity within the technology industry is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS.
- Experience with Outreach and Salesforce.
