What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize hirify.global sales and profit at key accounts.
  • Understand customer business strategies, identifying opportunities and tailoring hirify.global Value Propositions.
  • Identify decision makers and develop relationship strategies to improve hirify.global’s position.
  • Create and successfully execute negotiation strategies and tactics in cooperation with the Marketing Team.
  • Represent and convey customer needs internally, ensuring adequate priorities for strategy execution.
  • Monitor logistic/quality performance and delegate issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and communicate a Customer Business Plan (e.g., 5-year sales plan, TAM/SAM/QSAM analysis).
  • Organize technical workshops and communicate market/competitor information into the organization.
  • Build, motivate, and maintain strong, winning sales teams and long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ Years Sales / Marketing experience in Automotive environment with Tier 1/OEM accounts or similar experience as a Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or electrical engineering preferred, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors and Automotive business preferred.
  • Proven track record in working in multicultural/international teams.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
