What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and profit at key accounts.
  • Understand customer business strategies, opportunities, and issues to tailor value propositions.
  • Identify decision-makers and develop relationship strategies to improve hirify.global's position.
  • Create and successfully execute negotiation strategies in cooperation with the Marketing Team.
  • Represent customer needs internally, ensuring adequate priorities are set.
  • Develop and communicate a Customer Business Plan with a 5-year sales forecast.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ Years Sales / Marketing experience in Automotive environment with Tier 1/OEM accounts or similar experience as Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record in working in multicultural/international teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (US-based).

Nice to have

  • MBA.
  • Detailed technical understanding of Automotive applications.
  • Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors.
