What you will do

  • Coach and mentor sellers and managers through live deal support, call reviews, and targeted feedback.
  • Design and deliver in-person and virtual enablement programs using sales methodology and value selling.
  • Deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM hires to accelerate productivity.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver sales plays, product assets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Use performance data and field insights to identify gaps and prioritize enablement investments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen team-based selling and territory execution.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in sales and/or sales-supporting roles (sales enablement, sales leadership, product marketing).
  • Experience coaching or enabling enterprise or upper mid-market sellers.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies and qualification frameworks like Force Management and MEDDIC.
  • Strong analytical mindset for diagnosing performance and prioritizing enablement.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using modern sales and AI tools.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% for in-person bootcamps and offsite needs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth (pre-IPO) environment.
  • Comfort working with BI and analytics tools.
