Location: Hybrid role, 2 days per week on-site required in Princeton, NJ, USA or New York, NY, USA.

Salary: $91,000–$124,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Creative team for daily operations.
• Coordinate meetings like creative kick-offs, brainstorming, and project stand-ups.
• Update project details in management software to track progress and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and organize creative assets for easy access.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Collect and relay feedback, ensuring revisions align with expectations.
• Address roadblocks promptly and help resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a creative environment (in-house or agency).
• Experience in project coordination and/or digital content production.
• Experience with project management platforms such as AirTable or Jira.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, and digital asset management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and commute to the Princeton, NJ or New York, NY office 2 days per week.
