Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Coordinating internal resources, optimizing workflows, and overseeing project execution across multiple disciplines with an accent on campaign, experiential activations, digital campaigns, and content creation. Focus on managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success from concept to completion.

Location: Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office (Monday-Thursday) in New York, with a remote day on Fridays.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year

What you will do

• Coordinate resources and define Statements of Work (SOWs) with the Resourcing and Operations team.
• Lead project kick-offs, establish detailed timelines, and define key deliverables and milestones.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and facilitate reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, strategy teams and external partners.
• Assist in tracking project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Contribute to post-project retrospectives and support freelance talent resourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency or studio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varied disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and an interest in creativity and innovative storytelling.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
