  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy that drives predictable revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage a globally distributed sales team across the U.S. and Israel.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs.
  • Own pipeline generation, forecasting, conversion rates, and deal execution.
  • Establish repeatable and scalable sales processes.
  • Engage with key prospects and customers, supporting and closing strategic deals.

  • Proven experience in an execution-driven sales leadership role.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing and scaling remote teams.
  • Strong proficiency in sales strategy, execution, and performance management.
