What you will do
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to rapidly grow hirify.global’s Fitness business.
- Lead and manage a global sales team across regions, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Personally engage in enterprise-level deals, guiding them from origination through closure.
- Partner with marketing and lead generation to build outbound pipeline and optimize sales processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to new customers, building deep relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop detailed business plans and provide insights on pipeline health and sales performance to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in technology sales and sales leadership roles across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS companies.
- Experience leading geographically distributed sales teams and driving consistent execution.
- Strong understanding of sales processes with a disciplined approach to pipeline and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in or knowledge of the spa, salon, fitness, and beauty & wellness industry.
- MBA preferred.
