What you will do
- Recruit and develop a world-class team of enterprise account executives and managers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of hirify.global’s products to provide guidance and mentoring on selling.
- Ensure effective and consistent pipeline generation and accurate forecasting.
- Implement and execute a value-based selling approach across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building strong internal partnerships.
- Improve efforts to solidify and mature hirify.global’s repeatable sales processes and operations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise selling experience and 5+ years of leadership experience at a fast-paced, high-growth database software company.
- Experience selling hirify.global, Yugabyte, Cockroach, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Couchbase, MarkLogic, ScyllaDB, etc.
- Significant experience selling into and navigating the complexities of an enterprise environment.
- Experience negotiating large 6- to 7-figure deals with complex terms and conditions.
- Experience building geographically diverse Enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota in both an Individual Contributor and leadership capacity.
Nice to have
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
- US Federal Government experience.
