What you will do

• Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, emails, and social touches.
• Qualify inbound leads by introducing hirify.global and running them through BANT criteria.
• Represent the hirify.global brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
• Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
• Serve as a product specialist on hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in outbound tech sales.
• Proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars.
• Persuasive self-starter, good listener, with a high degree of personal accountability.
• Experience with BDR processes, selling SaaS (ideally productivity solutions).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their needs.
