What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for AI security.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.
- Support customers during proof-of-concept projects to ensure measurable value.
- Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to technical content.
- Collaborate with a global, remote-first team, occasionally flexing working hours.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLMs, foundation models, training methods, fine-tuning, and RAG application architectures.
- Deep knowledge of AI Security, including Prompt injection, Sensitive Information Disclosure, Data & Model Poisoning, and Model Tampering.
- Familiarity with Cloud & DevOps tools, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and IAM policies.
- Programming and API integration experience with REST APIs in languages like Python or Node.js.
- Skilled at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and conducting product demonstrations.
Nice to have
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support.
- Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments.
- Experience with log management, SIEM, and EDR.
- Familiarity with common sales processes like MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
