Focus on resolving client concerns, evangelizing solutions, and supporting product improvement with market feedback.
Location: Remote-Bangkok (covering accounts in Thailand)

What you will do
- Participate in account strategy planning and qualify sales opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end presales activities, including tailored demos and value propositions.
- Design secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud solution architectures.
- Resolve client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
- Act as an evangelist for solutions and identify customer needs.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, marketing initiatives, and product roadmap feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect roles.
- Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies (LLMs, agents).
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
- Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Willingness to travel.
