What you will do

• Support Global Sales teams with deal desk guidance and process improvements.
• Foster best practices to increase sales effectiveness via structured deal reviews.
• Drive process and system requirements, including CPQ, for quote-to-order.
• Lead evaluation and review of all contracts for completeness and policy adherence.
• Ensure proper documentation and escalation for non-standard deal approvals.
• Work independently on projects and collaborate with key stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Deal Desk or related function within SaaS or AI.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional deal/contract management.
• Understanding of quote-to-order process, with Salesforce CPQ knowledge being a plus.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and practical judgment in complex situations.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize different requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Salesforce.
