TL;DR
Sales Operations Director (APJ): Driving sales productivity and efficiency within the APJ region through Go-To-Market planning, sales process optimization, and CRM system implementation. What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership in AMER and the global Go-To-Market Team.
- Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and performance analysis using key metrics.
- Analyze pipeline health, implement best practices, and enhance sales processes for scalability.
- Lead sales capacity planning, territory management, quota setting, and compensation planning.
- Provide business analysis and insights for QBRs, leadership meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Effectively manage and adapt to evolving business structures, processes, and priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related B2B field.
- Proven success in driving operational excellence, supporting Sales Leaders with forecasting and operational rigor.
- Strong mix of business, strategy, and analytical capability, with an owner mindset.
- High motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact.
- Understanding of trends in churn, expansion, ARR, LTV, and CAC.
- Significant experience working with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and Tableau.
Nice to have
- Experience working with a SaaS company or in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience working in a high-volume, PLG, or inbound-demand Marketing and Sales GTM funnel.
- Experience working in multinational organisations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance concentration.
