TL;DR

Sales Operations Director (APJ): Driving sales productivity and efficiency within the APJ region through Go-To-Market planning, sales process optimization, and CRM system implementation. Focus on developing sales forecasting, performance analysis, and leading annual planning initiatives while providing strategic support to sales leadership.

Location: Must be located in Austin, willing to come into the office at least 3 days a week. Visa sponsorship is not supported in the US.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership in AMER and the global Go-To-Market Team.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and performance analysis using key metrics.
  • Analyze pipeline health, implement best practices, and enhance sales processes for scalability.
  • Lead sales capacity planning, territory management, quota setting, and compensation planning.
  • Provide business analysis and insights for QBRs, leadership meetings, and strategic discussions.
  • Effectively manage and adapt to evolving business structures, processes, and priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related B2B field.
  • Proven success in driving operational excellence, supporting Sales Leaders with forecasting and operational rigor.
  • Strong mix of business, strategy, and analytical capability, with an owner mindset.
  • High motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impact.
  • Understanding of trends in churn, expansion, ARR, LTV, and CAC.
  • Significant experience working with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, and Tableau.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a SaaS company or in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, PLG, or inbound-demand Marketing and Sales GTM funnel.
  • Experience working in multinational organisations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance concentration.
