TL;DR

Revenue Operations Specialist (Sales Engagement Platforms): Owning the deployment and optimization of sales engagement platforms to improve sales effectiveness and adoption across teams. Focus on diagnosing adoption barriers, driving behavior change, and experimenting with emerging AI capabilities to enhance seller productivity.

Location: United States (excluding Hawaii). This role requires in-person collaboration at least 3 days per week if a physical location is available.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD (base salary and bonus)

What you will do

  • Own the rollout and drive adoption of the Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach).
  • Configure and optimize Account Plans, sequences, automation, and AI capabilities within the platform.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, identify friction points, and remove usage barriers.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead flow, campaign sequences, and content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Enablement on seller training and manager coaching.
  • Stay current on sales engagement best practices and experiment with new tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach strongly preferred; Salesloft acceptable).
  • Demonstrated success driving tool adoption and behavior change.
  • Experience with CRM systems (D365, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

  • Outreach certification.
  • Background in enablement, training, or change management.
  • Experience with conversation intelligence tools (Gong, Chorus).
  • Familiarity with ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
  • Experience with data enrichment providers (ZoomInfo, Enlyft, Apollo).
