Associate, Strategic Finance (Fintech): Supporting leadership with financial analysis, modeling, and strategic decision-making with an accent on revenue model ownership, forecasting, and sales-related KPIs. Location: This role will be based in our New York City HQ and will be part of hirify.global's hybrid in-office operation.
Salary: $115K - $125K plus performance based bonus

What you will do
- Own, refine, and manage hirify.global’s revenue model, a core input into the overall operating model.
- Develop and maintain a flash forecasting process to proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks & opportunities.
- Build and maintain sales-related KPIs & reporting to surface trends and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide support on a variety of strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine assumptions and model inputs.
- Analyze, synthesize, and clearly communicate financial and operational metrics to enable informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years at a top-tier investment bank strongly preferred.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to uplevel and simplify.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, self-motivated with success in thriving in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Nice to have
- Experience going through an IPO in a Strategic Finance or FP&A function.
- Financial accounting knowledge.
- Startup, FinTech, Tech, and/or Financial Services experience.
