TL;DR

Business Development Representative Intern (Sales): Proactively initiating contact with new leads and articulating value propositions for hirify.global's products with an accent on qualifying leads, handling objections, and managing complex sales situations. Focus on maximizing value for clients and delivering quality leads to the Outbound Sales team through a high volume of cold calls.

Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Must reside (or be willing to relocate) in Utah

What you will do

  • Initiate contact with new leads and connect them with Outbound Account Executives.
  • Develop expertise in hirify.global's products to educate clients and maximize value.
  • Maintain a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity.
  • Assist the Outbound team with projects and ongoing process updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to shape territory planning and account strategy.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to position solutions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills and software applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and growth potential.
  • Must reside (or be willing to relocate) in Utah
