TL;DR
GTM Systems Engineer: Own and optimize the sales and marketing tech stack at , ensuring tools enable business growth and productivity with an accent on integrating systems and maintaining data quality. Location: Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Qualified, CommonRoom, and Zapier.
- Lead systems projects end-to-end, from scoping to rollout, including deploying new tools and building dashboards.
- Maintain data quality across systems by fixing sync issues and deduplicating records.
- Operate as a service desk for GTM teams, troubleshooting issues and onboarding users.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align technology with strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce and modern GTM tools.
- Technical fluency with integrations, data flows, and light scripting.
- A builder's mindset, taking initiative and creating structure.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
