What you will do
- Drive top-line revenue across the Switzerland and Austria territory by acquiring new logos and increasing adoption for existing clients.
- Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing team of 5 Account Executives.
- Partner with the Vice President to define the Go-To-Market strategy for the Switzerland and Austria territory.
- Project vertical growth, territories, and partners, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Build collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives.
- Develop senior relationships with key targets and top accounts across diverse personas, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain transparency in pipeline management and territory allocations.
Requirements
- 8-10 years’ experience in software field sales or other relevant sales experience.
- At least 5 years’ experience of people management.
- Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
- Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers and cultivate champions.
- Good articulation of competitive positioning.
