What you will do

  • Drive top-line revenue across the Switzerland and Austria territory by acquiring new logos and increasing adoption for existing clients.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing team of 5 Account Executives.
  • Partner with the Vice President to define the Go-To-Market strategy for the Switzerland and Austria territory.
  • Project vertical growth, territories, and partners, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Develop senior relationships with key targets and top accounts across diverse personas, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain transparency in pipeline management and territory allocations.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ experience in software field sales or other relevant sales experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience of people management.
  • Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers and cultivate champions.
  • Good articulation of competitive positioning.

  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration.
