Analog Engineer Intern - PhD (Analog IC Design)

Salary: CAD 36–48 per hour

What you will do

• Understand product requirements and define how an analog block fits into the overall design.
• Own an analog block through delivery into a DSP transceiver.
• Evaluate circuit topology trade-offs and perform transistor-level design.
• Create schematics and layouts in the Cadence Virtuoso environment.
• Run schematic-level and post-layout simulations to quantify and optimize circuit performance.
• Design, simulate, and support analog IP verification; document the design and present design reviews.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD or MS degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of analog circuit design.
• Experience or knowledge of transistor-level design and device physics.
• Knowledge of feedback and loop stability analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology may be required; applicants may be subject to an export license review under U.S. regulations.
