Salary: $141,900 – $210,010 per annum

• Develop high-performance mixed-signal circuits for core products and research initiatives, including optics, CMOS technologies, and advanced packaging.
• Contribute to algorithms, hardware calibration, workflow automation, and deep learning model optimization.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions that enable world-class connectivity for modern AI applications.

Requirements

• MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering (high-performance analog/mixed-signal IC design) or Computer Science/AI (electronics and IC fundamentals) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in full-cycle IC design (including tape-out and lab evaluation) or development and deployment of deep learning systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Tapeout process, EDA/CAD tools for IC design, or modern software frameworks for AI and system development.
• Lab skills in measuring IC performance, debugging, and correlating simulation with silicon results.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one domain: transistor-level analog design, system-level design, deep learning architectures, device physics, or control theory.
• English: B2 required.
