TL;DR

RTL IC Design Engineer (AI/ML): Designing and implementing high-quality, high-performance Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL for next-generation AI/ML ecosystems through PCIe Switch and Enterprise Storage Products. Focus on micro-architecture development, RTL optimization for timing closure, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Location: Must work in person at our Colorado Springs, Colorado site; no remote work allowed.

Salary: $73,000 - $117,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Develop and document micro-architectures.
• Implement high-quality, high-performance Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL based on design specifications.
• Converge the design to timing closure through RTL optimization strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Verification, Software/Firmware, Emulation, Validation) to support RTL design issues.
• Provide lab support for silicon validation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent Engineering degree.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of implementation and supporting RTL designs using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Experience with asynchronous clock domain crossings, multiple power domains, low-power design, complex algorithms, deep computations and pipelining, multi-threaded designs, and integrating third-party IP.
• Must work in person at the Colorado Springs site.
