Salary: $124,300–$183,930 per annum

What you will do
- Serve as a member of the site leadership team, executing all HR functions including New Hire Onboarding and Organizational Development.
- Provide counsel and direction to employees, leaders, and managers on employment-related matters.
- Maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Interact with employees to develop positive attitudes and employee engagement within the site.
- Coordinate with the HRBP team to support talent development and training for the region.
- Implement effective strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Science, Arts, or 5 or more years of related equivalent professional work experience.
- Demonstrated communication and listening skills to be an effective partner with all levels of an organization.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and be adaptable to business management changes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience facilitating team effectiveness and/or intervention sessions.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and Workday HCM.
