TL;DR

Site HR Manager: Providing strategic and tactical human resources support to site leadership, focusing on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and organizational development. Focus on fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to all applicable state and federal employment laws.

Location: Westborough, MA and Raleigh, NC, USA. Travel between sites required twice per month. Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.

Salary: $124,300–$183,930 per annum

What you will do

  • Serve as a member of the site leadership team, executing all HR functions including New Hire Onboarding and Organizational Development.
  • Provide counsel and direction to employees, leaders, and managers on employment-related matters.
  • Maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Interact with employees to develop positive attitudes and employee engagement within the site.
  • Coordinate with the HRBP team to support talent development and training for the region.
  • Implement effective strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Science, Arts, or 5 or more years of related equivalent professional work experience.
  • Demonstrated communication and listening skills to be an effective partner with all levels of an organization.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and be adaptable to business management changes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience facilitating team effectiveness and/or intervention sessions.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and Workday HCM.
