TL;DR

HR Manager (AI): Partnering with leaders to design and implement people strategies and scale a high-performing workforce with an accent on employee relations, compensation guidance, and US employment compliance. Focus on analyzing and improving HR processes, talent management, and employee development within a SaaS AI environment.

Location: This position has the opportunity to be based in our Denver or Tempe, US offices, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. Must be based in the US.

What you will do

  • Build strong relationships and provide HR guidance to business leaders and managers.
  • Partner with managers and employees to understand and facilitate resolution of employee relations challenges.
  • Collaborate with People Experience teams to develop and implement talent management and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide compensation guidance to leaders and facilitate talent reviews focused on employee growth and development.
  • Analyze, manage, and administer US employee benefits programs.
  • Develop, manage, and improve key HR processes and ensure compliance with US employment regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with specific expertise in compliance, US labor laws, performance management, compensation guidance, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of US legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring labor and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing US benefits programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business objectives and influence talent and organizational decisions.
  • Strong G-Suite and program management skills.
