Location: This position has the opportunity to be based in our Denver or Tempe, US offices, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office. Must be based in the US.

What you will do
- Build strong relationships and provide HR guidance to business leaders and managers.
- Partner with managers and employees to understand and facilitate resolution of employee relations challenges.
- Collaborate with People Experience teams to develop and implement talent management and employee engagement programs.
- Provide compensation guidance to leaders and facilitate talent reviews focused on employee growth and development.
- Analyze, manage, and administer US employee benefits programs.
- Develop, manage, and improve key HR processes and ensure compliance with US employment regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with specific expertise in compliance, US labor laws, performance management, compensation guidance, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of US legal requirements related to employee management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring labor and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing US benefits programs.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business objectives and influence talent and organizational decisions.
- Strong G-Suite and program management skills.
