• Lead and guide a small team of regional People Partners.
• Provide support and guidance on performance management, talent assessments, compensation benchmarking, and annual compensation planning.
• Play a vital role in fostering the development, growth, and success of the company and its employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in HR roles, including performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations.
• Leadership experience leading a team of HR professionals, demonstrating clarity, care, and the ability to mentor.
• Confident and deliberate communicator, comfortable defending perspectives and engaging in lively debate.
• Expert relationship builder and customer service enthusiast.
• Process improvement mindset, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and offer solutions.
• Willingness to travel about 10% (US and international) for in-person strategy meetings.
