What you will do

• Improve demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of statistical forecasting models using machine learning.
• Analyze market trends, backlog, bookings, and point-of-sale data against historical trends to identify anomalies.
• Create targeted forecasting techniques for different customer and product segments.
• Publish and monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Sales, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant demand planning or supply chain experience, or a master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrable experience implementing machine learning models for forecasting and integrating market intelligence into the process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled technology and software under U.S. export control laws.
