Salary: $120,150 - $180,000 per annum

What you will do

• Improve demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques.
• Drive adoption and improvement of statistical models using Machine Learning.
• Analyze market trends, backlog, bookings, and point-of-sales against historical data.
• Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentation.
• Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects with Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 10-15 years of professional Demand Planning/Supply Chain experience OR Master’s with 5-10 years.
• Demonstrable experience implementing ML models for forecasting and integrating market intelligence.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, with high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law is required.

• Semiconductor Industry experience.
• Experience using LLM for forecasting.
• Experience guiding and coaching teams.
