Demand Planner (AI)

Annual base salary: $78,000–$128,000

What you will do

• Own demand planning for an assigned product category at Sell-In and Sell-Thru levels.
• Gather and analyze demand signals, channel data, replenishment triggers, and product-level trends for up to 18 months across North America.
• Build demand plans, scenario analyses, performance summaries, and inventory reports for marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory and recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory.
• Provide demand planning inputs to the S&OP process and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cycles.
• Manage product lifecycle transitions from New Product Introduction through End of Life and improve demand planning processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field, plus 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and optimization skills using MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience participating in S&OP processes and using planning systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting, demand sensing, planning, or analytics tools.
• Strong communication, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, ownership, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or CPG.
• Experience improving forecast quality, identifying demand patterns, and supporting scenario planning with AI-enabled tools.
